The alternatives

Online courses – require brand authority and paid traffic for consistent sales, something most small online business owners can’t afford. Throw on top of that, the ease of accessing information online has seen the demand for online courses drop rapidly.

Memberships – are not easier to sell because they are more affordable, which sees online business owners putting a lot of hours into a model of delivery that has a high churn rate, a high turnover rate for new content – and often a low financial reward.

One to One – is capped at the number of hours you have available and is reliant on your availability and well being.

If your following and list in on the smaller side, group programmes are wonderful because you don’t need a huge number of sales to hit tasty goals.

So what’s stopping you from launching a group programme?

It’s often down to a lack of time, confidence or revenue.
